About Rosie Moore
Rosie has been married to the love of her life, Pete, since 1993. Together they have raised four children and been active members of Christ Church Midrand, where they have served for about 30 years.
Rosie has worked in diverse counselling settings and is currently involved in pre-marital and marital counselling, as well as training and serving at Mohau Counselling Centre at Christ Church Midrand. Mohau provides care and biblical counselling to heal and restore families and individuals, victims of abuse and women dealing with unplanned pregnancies.
Rosie is passionate about applying Biblical truth to all aspects of life, as she is convinced that the Bible speaks with great breadth, depth and clarity on every struggle known to humanity.
She enjoys counselling women of all ages, who are experiencing seasons of depression, anxiety and grief; life transitions and decisions; marriage, parenting and relationship conflicts, and the common struggles we all encounter in a broken world. She is interested in supporting people in the midst of their pain and walking alongside them as they come to better understand how God’s redemption story speaks into their own story.

The Right and Wrong of Boasting
Paul taught the Corinthians to boast—not in themselves, but in their relationship with Jesus and His work in the gospel (1 Corinthians 1:31). So, Paul chose to boast in his own weakness (2 Corinthians 11:30–33), that the power and grace of God might shine more clearly in his life.
